Got a question about one of our reviews, spotted something that needs updating, or want to flag a South African online casino we haven't covered yet? This page tells you what we can help with and what to expect when you get in touch.
What we can help with
Sout Africa Casino is an independent comparison site. We rank offshore-licensed online casinos that accept South African players on withdrawal speed, ZAR and crypto banking, and whether welcome bonus terms hold up in practice. Get in touch if you want to:
- Report a factual error on a review — a changed minimum deposit, an outdated bonus term, a broken link
- Ask about how we rank and rate the operators listed on this site
- Flag a licensing or payout issue you've experienced with a listed casino
- Query our editorial process or affiliate disclosures
- Raise a concern about problem gambling content or ask about self-exclusion resources
What we're not able to do
We're a comparison and review site, not a casino operator, a payment processor or a gambling regulator. That means a few things sit outside what we can help with:
- We can't process deposits, withdrawals, or resolve a dispute over your casino balance — that has to go through the operator's own support team, since offshore casinos are not licensed in South Africa and fall outside local dispute-resolution channels
- We can't verify your account, run KYC checks, or speed up a payout — each brand handles verification on its own terms and timeline
- We can't give tax advice. SARS does not treat recreational gambling winnings as gross income, but this isn't a tax opinion and you should check your own position with a qualified professional if it matters to you
- We can't offer legal advice on the National Gambling Act 2004, which does not license online casino operators in South Africa and does not criminalise individual players — this remains a grey area, and we can only describe it, not rule on it
How we handle what you send us
When you contact us about a review, here's roughly what happens:
- Your message is logged against the specific page or operator you're referring to
- We check the claim against the operator's current terms, licensing page or payment options before changing anything
- If a correction is warranted, the page is updated and the "updated" date at the top reflects the change
- We don't guarantee a personal reply to every message, but factual corrections are our priority
Nothing you send us changes how casinos are ranked. Our ratings are based on withdrawal speed, ZAR and crypto banking support, and how realistic the bonus wagering terms are — never on which operator responds fastest to feedback or which one pays the highest commission. Commission does not buy position on our list, and readers can check the current ranked order of reviewed operators at any time.
If you're struggling with your gambling
If your reason for getting in touch is about your own play — feeling like it's got out of hand, or wanting to set limits — we're not equipped to counsel you directly, but free, confidential help is available around the clock. Call the National Responsible Gambling Programme on 0800 006 008, any time, day or night. You can also read more about setting deposit limits and self-exclusion tools on our Responsible Gambling page.
Before you write in about a specific casino
A lot of messages we get are questions the reviews already answer. It can save you time to check first:
| You want to know | Where to look first |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit and accepted ZAR/crypto payment methods | The individual casino's write-up on our ranked list |
| How wagering requirements are calculated on a bonus | The bonus terms section of that operator's review |
| Whether an operator is licensed and what that means for you | The licensing section of the same review |
| General site policies, disclosures or affiliate relationships | About Us and Terms and Conditions |
